Mr. Horn, 63, of Sayreville, died Dec. 28, 2011, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to retiring in September 2010, he was employed as a truck driver for Costco Wholesale, Monroe, for seven years and had previously worked as an armed guard for the Coin Depot Corp., Elizabeth, for 25 years. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Edna Horn, as well as two sisters, Edna M. Rayhon and Alice Kreilack. Surviving are his wife, Christine Smith Horn; a daughter, Diane Horn of Sayreville; and three sons, Joseph Horn of Perth Amboy, William Horn of East Brunswick and T.J. Horn of Sayreville. Funeral services were held at Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville, followed by a Mass at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, also Sayreville. Interment took place in the church cemetery.
