The Rev. James B. Coyle Council No. 12620 Knights of Columbus will hold its annual basketball free-throw tournament Jan. 22 at St. Dorothea’s Family Center gym, 240 Broad St., Eatontown. Registration begins at 1 p.m., with free-throw shooting beginning at 1:30 p.m. The event is free, and all boys and girls ages 10-14 as of Jan. 1 from Eatontown, Tinton Falls, Oceanport and Shrewsbury are invited to attend. Brighton Memorial Post Veterans of Foreign Wars No. 2140, 255 Willow Ave., Long Branch, will have an all-you-can-eat breakfast 8:30 a.m.-noon Jan. 15.
