BORDENTOWN TOWNSHIP — A committee of the Bordentown Township Planning Board plans to interview candidates to serve as the board’s attorney for 2012.
A nominee is expected to be voted on by the full board at its next meeting on Feb. 9, member Michael Dauber said, adding that the previous attorney, Christopher Vanette, has moved to Georgia.
The Planning Board’s engineer, Frederick Turek, and its planner, Jack Carmen, were reappointed for 2012 at the board’s Jan. 12 reorganization meeting.
Taking oaths of office were Mayor Karl Feltes for a one-year term, Deputy Mayor Dauber for one year, Kevin Hirschfeld for four years, Environmental Commission chairman and Zoning Board of Adjustment member Roger Plew for four years, and alternate John Moynihan for two years.
Board officers remain the same for the coming year: Matt DiMattia, chairman; Mr. Hirschfeld, vice chairman; and Giovanni Antinoro, secretary.
