• The self-help support group No Stigma for young adults ages 18-29 and adults ages 30 and over who struggle with disorders such asADD, ADHD, bipolar, depression, and other mental illness and brain disorders will meet from 10 a.m. to noon Jan. 21 at CentraState Medical Center’s Star and Barry Tobias Health Awareness Center, 901W. Main St., Suite 100, Freehold Township. This free group is for those who have a vision to lead a healthy, happy, independent, productive life without stigma, want to meet others in a confidential, non-judgmental atmosphere to socialize, share concerns, and more. The support group is peer led, but facilitated by caregivers who may or may not be professionals. “Delete Stress” will be the focus of the Jan. 21 meeting led by Kelly Brown, certified holistic, yoga, and mediation instructor. • The Knights of Columbus will hold its monthly breakfast buffet on Jan. 22 at their Council Hall, 70 E. Main St., Freehold, from 8 am to noon. • A bald eagle nest incubation at the Manasquan Reservoir in Howell has begun and visitors are invited to view the parents take turns incubating on the nest over the next five weeks. The site’s pair is the earliest known to lay eggs in the state. Visitors to the Manasquan Reservoir Environmental Center, Georgia Tavern Road, Howell, can view the activity on a TV screen. Park system naturalists will be on hand to answer questions about the eagles and their nest. The environmental center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., free of charge.
