The Manalapan Township Medical Reserve Corps–Community Emergency Response Team (MRC-CERT) will present the 20-hour CERT training program, endorsed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), on Monday nights from Jan. 23 to April 9. The sessions will be held primarily in Manalapan Town Hall, Route 522, starting at 7 p.m. Registration in advance is requested.
