Mr. Haden, 77, of Freehold, died Dec. 24, 2011. He was a graduate of Freehold High School, class of 1954. Prior to retiring in 1992, he was a letter carrier for the Freehold post office. Before that, he worked at 3M in Freehold Township and at the Lakehurst NavalAir Station. Mr. Haden was a U.S. Army veteran. He was predeceased by a brother, Alfred “Kenny” Haden; a sister, Eileen Graef; and many nieces and nephews. Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Madelyn “Liz” Haden; a son, Ronald N. Haden Jr. and his wife, Laura, of Freehold; a daughter, Gayle E. Reese and her husband, Brian, of Jackson; and five grandchildren. A funeral service was held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township, followed by entombment in Monmouth Memorial Park, Tinton Falls.
