The Monmouth County Park System will offer “Roses Are Red, Violets Are Blue” from 1 to 4 p.m. Feb. 12 at Historic Walnford in Upper Freehold.
Participants will view samples of 19thcentury valentines and also have an opportunity to create one of their own.
