Peapack-Gladstone Bank and PGB Trust & Investment Announce Recent Promotions and New Employees

Sheryl L. Cappa has been promoted to the position of vice president financial analyst at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Ms. Cappa has worked in the financial services industry for almost 27 years holding a position for 12 years at Summit Bank before joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank in 1997. A resident of Springfield, New Jersey she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.
Tracey Goodroad, the current branch manager of Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s Pottersville branch, has been promoted to assistant vice president.  A resident of Hackettstown, New Jersey, Goodroad, has over 12 years experience in the financial services industry joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank in 1999. 
Carolyn L. Larke a resident of Oradell, New Jerseyhas joined PGB Trust & Investments, the wealth management division of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, as vice president and trust officer. Ms. Larke joined PGB Trust & Investments in November 2011 from Beacon Trust Company where she served as senior vice president and trust officer. Previously, she served for ten years as vice president of Philanthropic Advisory Services at U.S. Trust Company in New York. She was a trust and estate coordinator and fiduciary accountant with Shearman & Sterling and Schulte, Roth and Zabel in New York. Ms. Larke received her Bachelor of Arts and paralegal degrees from New York University. She is an enrolled agent, a certified financial planner and a volunteer tax preparer for the AARP Foundation Tax Counseling for the Elderly program.
Jean A. McDonnell of Piscataway, New Jersey has joined Peapack-Gladstone Bank as vice president commercial lender. McDonnell brings over 25 years in commercial banking experience to the bank having served in similar capacities over the years at both TD Bank and New Millennium Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Farleigh Dickinson University. She is Treasurer of the Women’s League of Rutgers University, on the Board of Directors of the Edison Chamber of Commerce and is a member of The Trowel Club of New Brunswick.
Sharon Murphy of Great Meadows, New Jersey has been promoted to the position of Assistant Cashier at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. A junior supervisor in the CD/IRA Department of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Murphy has over 23 years of banking experience and was recently awarded the Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB), a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association. She is a member of the Pottersville Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and Treasurer of the Free Union United Methodist Church in Great Meadows.
Anthony D. Pasculli of Parsippany, New Jerseyhas been promoted to assistant vice president and trust officer of PGB Trust & Investments. Pasculli holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Penn State University. Employed by the bank for eight years, he enjoys reading, running and is an avid NY sports fan.
Marilyn Suitt of Flanders, New Jerseyhas been promoted to the position of assistant cashier at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Suitt, a Customer Relations Specialist with the bank, worked for 25 years at Crum & Forster and began her career at Peapack-Gladstone Bank in 2003. 
Marjorie Takleszyn, the current assistant branch manager of the Clinton branch of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, has been promoted to assistant cashier. A resident of Milford, New Jersey, Takleszyn previously worked as bookkeeper at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company prior to joining the bank in 2001.
Erin Villagra, trainer at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, has been promoted to the position of assistant cashier. A resident of Gladstone, New Jersey, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Syracuse University and has been with the bank for nine years.
Laura M. Watt of Bridgewater, New Jersey has been promoted to the position of assistant vice president, staff accountant at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. She has been with the bank for 11 years and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
