Somerset, NJ – February 15, 2012 – The Martin and Edith Stein Assisted Living Residence will be hosting an Alzheimer’s Association educational workshop on Wednesday, 2012 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. The workshop will be on Memory Loss, Dementia, Alzheimer ’s disease, Communication: The Key to Understanding Behavior.
Caring for a person with Alzheimer’s disease may present challenges. An expert from the Alzheimer’s Association will talk about the latest research, diagnosis and treatment of various types of dementia. This class will give you methods to understand and handle behaviors of memory loss. It is appropriate for anyone caring for a friend or family member with dementia or any form of memory decline.
There is no fee for the program however if you are interested in attending we ask that you RSVP to 732-568-1155 or [email protected]. Space is limited and dinner will be served at the event. Dinner will be provided for participants.
