WOMEN’S RETREAT ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS NOW
Hopewell Twp. – The Har Sinai Temple Sisterhood is still accepting reservations for its seventh annual retreat, an event that has grown in popularity by bringing women together for a spiritually bonding experience.
With a choice of an overnight or partial stay at the Marriott Princeton Hotel and Conference Center on Route 1 South at College Road, the Feb. 24-25 retreat features everything from a Shabbat dinner with wine to a hot tub soak, Latin dancing to buffet breakfast, lunch, meditation and Torah study over the two-day period.
The activities begin Feb. 24 at 6 p.m. with a reception, Shabbat dinner with wine and Shabbat service with music. During the evening, there will be the opportunity for group Latin dancing, optional hot tubs or swimming and desserts and an Oneg Shabbat.
On Feb. 25, the day will begin with an optional "Feel Good" walk and continue with a buffet breakfast, Torah study, a morning service, snacks and a special project. Meditation, lunch and Havdala will conclude the event at 3 p.m.
Not restricted to members of Har Sinai, which is situated at 2421 Pennington Rd., the retreat can be experienced as a single (singles $75 for one night; $259 for two nights) or a double (doubles $85 each for one night; $209 each for two nights.) Reservations are necessary and should be made as soon as possible by contacting the temple at (609) 730-8100.
