Timothy F. Boller, 54, of Belle Mead, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and careless driving on Feb. 2 after crashing into two parked cars on Grayson Drive.

Madison Marquette Retail Services reported criminal mischief to the former Ace Hardware and Peebles on Feb. 3. The property manager reported someone broke several windows, made numerous holes in the walls, and spray painted obscenities and other jargon throughout the interior of the vacant Ace Hardware. The property damage for Peebles is estimated to be $500, but the property damage to Ace Hardware is estimated to be $10,000.
Franklin Manuel Lopez-Donis, 25, of Trenton, was charged on Feb. 4 with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit breath samples, reckless driving, possession of alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle, consumption of alcoholic beverage in motor vehicle, unlicensed driver, possession of alcoholic beverage in state park, littering in state park, being in state park after closing hours inside the Millstone Aqueduct DNR Canal State Park off Mapleton Road. Mr. Lopez-Donis was subsequently committed to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center for an immigration violation.
A resident of Fox Run Drive was reported to be the victim of fraud between Jan. 2 and Feb. 4 in the amount of approximately $300.
Suresh K. Ambati, 38, of Quail Ridge Drive, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 6 at 1:55 a.m. on Scotts Corner Road. He was also charged with reckless driving, speeding, careless driving and failure to maintain lane.
Princeton Borough
Hung Nguyen, 57, of Ferrand Road, was charged with defiant trespass on Feb. 2. The accused returned to Starbucks Coffee on Nassau Street at 7:06 p.m. after previously being warned not to by management due to previous disorderly conduct inside the store.
Bernard Shihar, 66, of Springwood Court, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 1:43 a.m. on Feb. 4 after a motor vehicle stop for failing to keep right on Nassau Street. He was processed and released with motor vehicle summonses.
Scott Conover, 32, of Monmouth, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:12 a.m . on Feb. 2 after he was observed by police vehicle blocking the entrance to the Park Place parking lot. Police inquiry showed the driver had a suspended driver’s license and the registration of the vehicle was suspended. The driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested.
Princeton Township
Janine Bonanni, 24, of Turnersville, was issued a summons for driving while suspended on Jan. 31 on State Road and Birch Avenue. She was also found to have an active warrant out of Mt. Ephraim Municipal Court in the amount of $532. She was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters where she was processed.
Beverly A. Brown, 61, of Juniper Row, was found to have an active warrant out of Princeton Township in the amount of $145 on Jan. 31 after a motor vehicle stop on South Harrison Street. Ms. Brown was placed under arrest and taken to headquarters where she was processed and released on $145 bail.
Several items of clothing, a cell phone and wallet that contained $90 in cash was reported stolen on Feb. 1 from an unlocked vehicle parked at a construction site on Weyl Lane at the Institute for Advanced Study sometime between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. The estimated total value of the stolen items was $370.
Lenore A. Villa, 55, of South Hampton, N.Y., was taken into custody for a warrant arrest on Feb. 4 after police observed her vehicle with an expired inspection sticker at 1:35 p.m. Police determined the vehicle’s registration was expired and Ms. Villa could not produce valid insurance. Additionally, two active warrants for Ms. Villa were discovered, one in the amount of $195 and one in the amount of $165. Ms. Villa was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters where she was processed and released after posting the $360.00 bail.
Alberto Soares, 39, of Glenside, Pa., was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant in the amount of $1,000 from Palmyra Municipal Court on Feb. 5 at 8:26 a.m. on North Harrison Street. Mr. Soares was arrested and released after posting bail.
