Mercer County Holocaust-Genocide Resource Center Hosts Rwandan Genocide Survivor Eugenie Mukeshimana to Discuss Groundbreaking Book “Shake Hands with the Devil”
West Windsor, NJ n The Mercer County Holocaust-Genocide Resource Center is pleased to welcome Eugenie Mukeshimana, founder of the Genocide Survivors Support Network, to lead a discussion of General Romeo Dallaire’s book Shake Hands with the Devil: The Failure of Humanity in Rwanda.
