Township
   Margaret Matthews, 18, of Princeton, and three juveniles were charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances and possession of controlled dangerous substances paraphernalia at Hilltop Park on Bunn Drive on Feb. 8 at 9:49 p.m.
Montgomery
   Roberto Weinmann, 70, of Princeton, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated on Feb. 3 at 1:46 a.m. on Research Road. He was also charged with failure to maintain a single lane and open container.
   A resident on County Route 518 reported a burglary on Feb. 7 at 6:47 p.m. Jewelry and a laptop were reported stolen.
Plainsboro
   Fanggen Jiang, 62, a resident of China staying at Fox Run Apartments, was hit by a car while crossing the intersection of Plainsboro Road at Dey Road and Edgemere Avenue on Feb.8 at 6:45 a.m. He was sent to the Hulene Fuld Medical Center and is reported to be in critical condition. Police are investigating the incident.
   The West Windsor-Plainsboro School District reported the theft of two Apple Macbook computers from the Wicoff Elementary School between Feb. 3 and Feb. 6. The approximate value of the stolen items was $2,200.
   Police responded to a five-car motor vehicle accident on U.S. Route 1 at College Road on Feb. 7 at 6:02 p.m. Three drivers were sent to the hospital for leg pain, facial lacerations and neck pain. Ivanka H. Liao, 34, of Edison, was issued a summons on a careless driving charge.
   Homewood Suites reported that a bench was destroyed and a traffic sign was removed at 3819 Route 1 between 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 5 and 4 a.m. on Feb. 6.Damage was estimated at $400.
West Windsor
   Sinead L. Vanterpool, 21, of Monmouth Junction, and Adriana L. Papp, 25, of Bayonne, were charged with shoplifting at Kohl’s at 200 Nassau Park on Feb. 6 at 6:14 p.m. Ms. Papp was turned over to another jurisdiction for an active traffic warrant.
   A resident of Elements at West Windsor reported a burglary between 6 p.m. on Feb. 4 and 11 a.m. on Feb. 5. A microwave and a wall mount valued at $600 were reported stolen.
   Shawn Hale, 33, of Trenton, was charged with hindering apprehension after allegedly giving police a false name when he was pulled over on Route 1 northbound on Feb. 7 at 2:44 a.m. He was also issued traffic summonses for failure to maintain lamps, failure to maintain a lane, failure to keep right and for being an unlicensed driver. He was turned over to another jurisdiction on an active warrant.
