PRINCETON AREA: Police blotter

Plainsboro
   Zach Boyler, 28, of Helmetta, was charged with theft and possession of prescription drugs at the CVS of Plainsboro between October 2011 and Feb. 8. Mr. Boyler, an employee at CVS, admitted to stealing more than 800 hydrocodone tablets since October 2011, with an approximate worth of $1,600. He was sent to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center.
   A resident of Aspen Drive reported criminal mischief and criminal attempt between 10 p.m. on Feb. 8 and 8 a.m. on Feb. 9. A reported $200 worth of damage was done to the driver’s side of the victim’s vehicle.
   Raquel A. Robles, 20, of Plainsboro, was charged with offering alcohol to minors and making property available to minors to consume alcohol at 14 Drayton Lane on Feb. 12 at 2 a.m.
   Positano’s Restaurant reported credit card fraud and theft in the amount of $120 on Feb. 5 at 5:11 p.m. Police said the credit card belonged to a resident of Hamilton.
   Jesse D. Szymankiewicz, 25, of Beverly, was charged with falsifying or tampering with records after giving police a signed false temporary vehicle registration when he was pulled over on Route 1 North on Feb. 7 at 8:40 a.m. Upon further investigation, police discovered Mr. Szymankiewicz had an active traffic warrant. He was also issued summonses for unclear plate, failure to exhibit registration, failure to exhibit insurance, uninsured motorist, fictitious plate, no mirrors, and failure to change address on driver’s license. He was held at Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center on $1,000 bail.
   Annie L. Espinoza, 21, of the Bronx, and Daisy Quinones, 21, of Hillsborough, were arrested after being pulled over on Route 1 North on Feb. 12 at 12:52 p.m. Ms. Espinoza was charged with possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, obstructing, hindering and possession of marijuana and was held on $7,500 bail. Ms. Quinones was charged with possession of marijuana and was issued a summons for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.
   A resident of West Windsor reported criminal mischief at the Par Bar on 70 Hunters Glen Drive between 8 p.m. on Feb. 9 and 2 a.m. on Feb. 10. A reported $1,000 worth of damage was done to his vehicle.
Montgomery
   Joseph A. Silverman, 21, of Skillman, was charged with an outstanding traffic warrant from Jackson at the Wawa convenience store on Route 206 on Feb. 11 at 12:03 a.m. He was issued a summons for driving while suspended.
   Kapil Anand, 38, of Hillsborough, and three passengers were involved in an accident on Grandview Road when their vehicle ran down an embankment and into a creek on Feb. 12 at 8:32 p.m. No one was injured and Mr. Anand was issued a summons for careless driving.
