   West Amwell Township police Lt. Stephen J. Bartzak reported:
   — On Feb. 9 at approximately 2:55 p.m., police went to a two-vehicle accident on Route 179 at the Queen Road intersection. Minaya Santo, 41, of Middlesex, who was operating a box truck owned by EAN Trust of Radnor, Pennsylvania, was driving south and had stopped to make a left turn onto Mt. Airy Village Road. The vehicle was struck in the rear by a vehicle driven by Timothy Mitchell, 51, of Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania.
   No injuries were reported.
   Patrolman Jonathan Sellner took Mr. Mitchell into custody for suspected driving while intoxicated at the scene. After he was placed in the rear of a patrol unit, Patrolman Todd Pantuso saw him slipping out of the handcuffs. While police attempted to secure him, a brief struggle ensued.
   Patrolman Sellner charged Mr. Mitchell with reckless driving, careless driving, driving while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and making a terroristic threat. He was transported to the Hunterdon County Jail in default of $20,000 (10 percent) cash bail.
   — On Feb. 13 at approximately 2:18 a.m., Patrolman Edward Skillman took Alizandro Aguilar, 34, of Pt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania, into custody for driving while intoxicated. Mr. Aguilar was stopped after allegedly being seen on Route 179 near Music Mountain Blvd. driving erratically. He was processed, charged with failure to maintain lane control, reckless driving, being an unlicensed driver and driving while intoxicated. He was released to a friend.
   Lambertville police reported:
   — On Feb. 7 at 2:45 p.m., Julie A. Houston of Lambert Lane reported to Officer Kenneth Housman that someone had removed a sterling silver salt and pepper shaker from her apartment. Value is $3,000.
   — On Feb. 7 at 3:50 p.m., Linda C. Lehman, of Clinton Street, reported to Officer Housman that someone had entered her residence and removed three gold rings valued at $ 12,800.
   — On Feb. 9 at 12:52 a.m., Tyrone E. Fain, 29, of Trenton, was stopped on Route 29 after a random motor vehicle lookup revealed the registered owner to have a warrant out of New Brunswick Municipal Court for $750. Mr. Fain posted bail and was released.
   — On Feb. 12 at 1:50 p.m., Georgene Young, manager at the Village Apartments, reported the theft of a stove from a vacant apartment to Officer Housman. Value of the stove is between $650 and $700.
   — On Feb. 12 at 2:40 p.m., Steven W. Pianka, 54, of Lawrenceville, reported to Officer Sharon Polyak the theft of $1,500 from his vehicle while it was parked at the CVS Pharmacy on Cherry Street.
   — On Feb. 12 at 12:08 p.m., Officer Vincent Albani was called to a residence on Swan Street to check out a report of an attempted burglary. Diana Paterra, 53, reported someone had tried to enter her residence by prying off a screen to a front window and trying to pry open her front door. It appears the actor did not gain entry.
   — On Feb. 14 at 3:25 a.m., Jason D. Horan, 22, of Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, was stopped on Bridge Street for a headlight out by Sgt. Robert Brown. Investigation at the scene revealed Mr. Horan and passenger Anthony A. Lovina, 21, of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, were in possession of less than 50 grams of suspected marijuana. Both were charged with possession of CDS and paraphernalia. Mr. Horan was charged with CDS in a motor vehicle, failure to maintain lamps and failure to produce his driver’s license.
