David N. Wolfgang, 63, of Plainsboro, was charged with shoplifting when police saw him with a Superfresh grocery store shopping cart at the bus stop at the intersection of Scudders Mill Road and Schalks Crossing Road on Feb. 13 at 10:15 a.m.
Rahul Gadde, 23, of Plainsboro, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 14 at 1:51 a.m. on Dey Road. He was also charged with speeding and reckless driving.
George C. Smith, 53, of Plainsboro, was charged with defiant trespassing at the Superfresh grocery store at 10 Schalks Crossing Road on Feb. 13 at 3:07 p.m. Investigation revealed he entered and remained in the store after previously being banned from the premises.
Integrated Project Services reported larceny at 109 Morgan Lane on Feb. 11 at 6:21 a.m. in the amount of $500.
Frank McBride Mechanical Contractors of Edison reported theft and criminal mischief at the Princeton University Medical Center site at 1 Plainsboro Road between Dec. 24 and Feb. 14. A reported $740 worth of items were stolen.
Myur Patel, 24, of Edison, was charged with driving while on Route 1 north on Feb. 15 at 12:32 a.m. He was also issued summonses for refusal to submit to a breath test, reckless driving, speeding, failure to keep right and tinted windows.

John Keller, 17, of Rocky Hill, and a 15-year-old passenger from Hopewell were involved in a single vehicle crash on Cherry Valley Road near Ironwood Road on Feb. 14 at 9:35 p.m. Mr. Keller was issued a summons for careless driving.
Lauren Reid, 31, of Gladstone, and Cynthia Ello, 51, of Hillsborough, were involved in car accident on Great Road near Inverness Drive on Feb. 13 at 4:42 p.m. Ms. Reid was issued summonses for careless driving and operating without insurance.
West Windsor
Whole Foods Market reported forgery and theft by deception at 3495 Route 1 South on Feb. 11 at 5:09 p.m. after a customer purchased items with a counterfeit $100 bill.
A Jackson Township resident reported illegal dumping at 119 Penn Lyle Road between Feb. 8 and Feb. 10. Debris consisted of used flooring, used cabinets and bathroom pieces.
Sam’s Club reported shoplifting at the Nassau Park Retail Center on Feb. 5 at 10:30 a.m. The suspect ran away with an Xbox and Playstation 3 valued at a combined total of $635.
A West Windsor resident reported theft of identity when his or her Social Security number was used to contract utilities for an apartment in Mesquite, Texas.
