LAWRENCE: Police blotter

   Marvin Aguilar, 24, of Ewing Township, was charged with driving under the influence and related charges at 1:55 a.m. on Feb. 18 on Route 206 near the Brunswick Circle.
   Matthew A. Funk, 20, of Levittown, Pa., was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of a controlled dangerous substance on Brunswick Pike at 6:25 p.m. on Feb. 17.
   Rufus E. Bailey III, 29, of Town Court South, was charged with aggravated assault at 3:12 a.m. on Feb. 16 after he allegedly punched the driver of a car that struck the one in which he was riding on Brunswick Pike. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center on $50,000 bail.
   Two Motorola hand-held computers and a label maker, worth a combined $3,600, were reported stolen from the area behind the fabric cutting counter at the Jo-Ann Fabrics store at the Mercer Mall between 7 p.m. and 7:10 p.m. on Feb. 13.
   Ihor Koshitsky, 39, of Pear Street, was charged with driving under the influence and related charges at 5:43 p.m. on Feb. 15 on Mulberry Street.
   An Ipod was reported stolen from an unlocked 2009 Mercedes-Benz SLK while it was parked outside its owner’s home on Tompkins Place between 3 p.m. on Feb. 15 and 7:30 a.m. on Feb. 16. It was valued at $50.
   A Ewing Township resident reported the theft of his HP Touch, valued at $399.99, which he had left on a bench at the Quaker Bridge Mall between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Feb. 9.
   An I-Mac computer, valued at $800, was reported stolen from the Eastern States Properties Co. offices on Colonial Lake Drive between 3 p.m. on Feb. 9 and 11 a.m. on Feb. 11. There was no sign of forced entry.
