PRINCETON: A tenant signs Lahiere’s lease

By Victoria Hurley-Schubert, Staff Writer
A lease has been signed for the Lahiere’s building to an undisclosed tenant.
”The tenant will be making announcements when the time is right for them,” said Jeffrey Siegel, president of ML-7, the real estate firm that bought the building in October 2010. He declined to give any further details about the deal.
Palmer Square will be getting a new tenant this spring when Brooks Brothers opens its store across from the post office. The men’s clothier, which signed a long-term lease, will take over the 6,130-square-foot space Banana Republic is abandoning when it moves to the MarketFair Mall on Route 1 later this spring.
Brooks Brothers is expected to open in the fall after some renovations to the space.
