SENIOR MENUS

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance.
   The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution.
   All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
Regular menu
    March 8 — Pineapple juice, stuffed cabbage roll, pasta spirals, peas with pearl onions, tossed salad, pumpernickel bread and sundae. Puzzle Day.
   March 9 — Cranapple juice, stuffed flounder filet, baked potato, sugar snap peas, romaine salad, six-grain bread and chocolate cheesecake. Activity Day.
   March 10 – Blended juice, egg salad, croissant, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, glazed donut and milk.
   March 11 – Grape juice, turkey, wheat bread, potato salad, fresh fruit, apple pocket and milk.
   March 12 – Orange juice, meatloaf with gravy, scalloped potatoes, peas and carrots, romaine salad, bridge roll and frozen peach yogurt. Exercise.
   March 13 – Chicken rice soup, pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, cauliflower with cheese, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll and rice pudding. Board Games Day.
   March 14 — Pineapple juice, beef stew, peas, carrots and onions, diced potatoes, buttermilk biscuit, Swiss salad and crumb cake. Cards.
   March 15 — Irish carrot soup, corned beef, steamed cabbage, parslied new potatoes, applesauce, Irish soda bread and shamrock cookie. Bring and Brag Day.
Low-sodium menu
    March 8-14 — Same as regular menu.
