MANVILLE: Two Manville youngsters at Vo-Tech School will compete in state skills competition

Vo-tech duo from Manville will go
against state’s best in competition
   Two Manville high school vocational and technical students will test their skills March 31 against other vocational schools in the state at the SkillsUSA New Jersey Skill and Leadership Championships.
   The Somerset County Vocational & Technical High School students competed Feb. 4 in local competitions to advance to the state level at the Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset.
   Jacob Caswell of Manville qualified in the Law and Public Safety (Criminal Justice) category.
   Kionna Walton of Somerset and Jessica Gardner of Manville will participate in the health occupations (Medical Math) category.
   Winners earn a chance to compete at the national level in Kansas City later this year.
