I LOST 100 POUNDS

Since 2007 Adl Wali Matin has successfully lost 100 pounds through healthy diet and many hours on the eliptical machine and weight training.  Adl exercises regularly because exercising regularly helps him to live confident, competent and capable with strength to succeed.  Adl also exercises regularly because exercising regularly helps him relieve stress and deal better with life, people, fatigue and emotions.  With a fit body Adl feels as though he does not have to "compensate for shortcomings."  Adl would love to be in such excellent fitness throughout his senior years that he would be able to compete in exercise regimens equivilent to the New York City Marathon greater.
