Lambertville City police reported:
— On March 14, Davon M. Marshall, 23, of Trenton, was stopped on North Main Street by Detective Michael Miloszar.
Mr. Marshall was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and was charged with possession and released pending a court appearance. Two traffic warrants were found — one out of Trenton and the other out of Mansfield Township. Marshall was released on his own recognizance on the traffic warrants.
— On March 16, Detective Miloszar was sent to a residence on Sturbridge Court to investigate a burglary. Damage was found to the doors. Nothing appeared to be missing. The investigation is continuing.
— On March 16, Officer Kenneth Housman went to a residence on Overlook Court to check out a burglary. Homeowner David J. Kaschak reported damage to two windows. Nothing appeared to be missing.
— On March 18, Officer Michael Gramlich stopped Anajah J. English, 28, of Trenton, for failure to keep right on Route 29. Mr. English was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI, refusal to submit to a breath test, failure to keep right, and reckless driving. He was released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.
Lt. Stephen J. Bartzak, commanding officer of West Amwell Township Police Department, reported:
— On March 9 at approximately 10:12 p.m., a motor vehicle stop on Brunswick Pike (Route 518) for a license plate light out resulted in the arrest of a 19-year-old Pipersville, Pennsylvania resident.
While speaking with Neil Arnet, Officer John Casella smelled the odor of suspected burnt marijuana inside the vehicle. Mr. Arnet turned over a pipe containing suspected residue to the officer. Mr. Arnet was processed and charged with possession of suspected marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Arnet also received motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Mr. Arnet was released on his own recognizance.
During the month of February, township police responded to 204 complaints, including two assaults, three burglaries, eight other criminal complaints, nine motor vehicle accidents, six family/domestic disputes and 18 emergency first aid and fire responses.
Township Police also arrested 13 adults on various charges — six for driving while intoxicated — and issued 336 moving motor vehicle summonses.
