PRINCETON AREA: Police blotter

Princeton Borough
   Two juveniles were charged with juvenile delinquency when police found them allegedly in possession of marijuana in the Spring Street garage on March 23 at 4:12 p.m.
   Brenda Smith, 39, of Mount Laurel, was charged with forgery, obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud and possession of drug paraphernalia at the CVS pharmacy on March 25 at 4:28 p.m. Investigation revealed Ms. Smith also had outstanding warrants from Philadelphia police, Doylestown police and Burlington City police for various charges, including theft. Meagan Brinkley, 26, of Willingboro, was charged with being an accomplice on March 25 on Nassau Street. Bail is currently set at $10,000.
   Police reported a total of five attempted house burglaries in the eastern section of the borough over the last several days. Entry was successful in two homes, one of which was unlocked, and jewelry was reported stolen. Residents are asked to keep all house windows and doors locked and to report any suspicious persons or activity to police.
West Windsor
   Andrea Cardenas, 18, of Plainsboro, was charged with providing property for underage consumption of alcohol, four juveniles were charged with underage consumption of alcohol and one juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, offering alcoholic beverages to minors and alcoholic beverage consumption by a minor at Pheasant Hollow Drive on March 25 at 2:12 a.m. In addition, Jardae Figueroa, 21, of Passaic, was arrested on a charge of having an active warrant out of Clifton for $2,500. He was turned over to Clifton police when he was unable to post bail.
   Ricky Marte, 18, of Milltown, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 on March 24 at 3:05 a.m. He was also issued summonses for underage driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and maintenance of lamps.
   Zachary Z. Gordon, 21, of Princeton, was arrested on charges of obstruction of justice and providing false information to a police officer on College Road West at Village Boulevard on March 25 at 1:20 a.m. He was also issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, driving while suspended and improper U-turn.
Montgomery
   Mario J. Gianvito, 49, of North Brunswick, was charged with driving while intoxicated on River Road on March 24. He was also charged with failure to submit to breath samples.
   Bobbie T. Rattley, 31, of Elizabeth, was arrested on charges of having active warrants out of East Brunswick for theft and Elizabeth for failure to wear a seatbelt on March 24.
