Career Day for people with disabilities

JFK Medical Center will host its 29th annual Career Options Day on April 17 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the JFK Conference Center, 70 James St., Edison. Career Options Day brings together private-sector businesses, service organizations and people with disabilities.

Each year, several hundred guests visit to learn about career opportunities with companies that provided an inclusive work environment. Interactive learning booths will feature opportunities from Kelly Services, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, BP Lubricants, the N.J. Department of Labor, Wakefern Food Corp., NJ Transit, USDOL Office of Apprenticeship, Public Service Electric & Gas, J&J Family of Companies, BioNJ and many more.
