• The CentraState Medical Center Auxiliary will host its monthly trip to Resorts Casino and Hotel on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City on May 4. The cost of $27 includes $25 back in coin slots, plus $5 for buffet. No one under age 21 will be allowed on the trip. Checks must be made out to the CentraState Hospital Auxiliary. • The Friendship Circle of Manalapan, an organization dedicated to helping children and teenagers with autism and other special needs, encourages members of the community to “Go Blue for Autism Awareness Month.” Throughout April, those who pay $10 for a blue hair extension at Salon Bella Donna, 3675 Route 9 north, Old Bridge, will have the full amount donated to the Friendship Circle of Manalapan. • The American Association of University Women Freehold branch is accepting book donations for its 2012 used-book sale.
