Knights of Columbus Council 6345 of St. Augustine Church will hold fundraisers at two locations on two weekends for people with developmental disabilities:
• The Kendall Park post office (by St. Augustine Church) on two Saturdays, April 14 and April 21, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
• Quick Chek on the corner of Henderson Road and Route 27 on two Sundays, April 15 and April 22, between noon and 4 p.m.
Funds raised will be used for the statewide Special Olympics effort and will also be donated to a local organization that serves the needs of the developmentally disabled.
For those who cannot attend the fundraisers but would like to donate to a good cause, the Knights are asking for donations of $10, $15 or $20, which can be sent to St. Augustine Council 6345 Knights of Columbus, P.O. Box 290, Kendall Park, NJ 08824 byApril 13; make checks payable to St. Augustine Council 6345 and write “CWDD Drive” in the note section on your check.
