SENIOR MENUS

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance.
   The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution.
   All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
    April 12 — Cream of mushroom, honey lemon chicken, scalloped potatoes, whole baby carrots, pineapple chunks, rye bread and spice cake. Thank a Volunteer Day.
   April 13 — Pineapple juice, barbecue rib tickler, mashed potatoes, green beans, minced coleslaw, pumpernickel bread and fruit cocktail. Bring a Friend to Lunch Day.
   April 14 — Blended juice, seafood salad, croissant, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, brownie and milk.
   April 15 — Apple juice, chicken filet, hamburger bun, pasta salad with vegetables, fresh fruit, mocha cupcake and milk.
   April 16 — Minestrone soup, roast pork with gravy, sweet potatoes and apples, French green beans, applesauce, croissant and chocolate cake. Walk to the Beat Day.
   April 17 — Pineapple juice, Polynesian chicken leg, oven red potatoes, mixed vegetables, tropical fruit salad, rye bread and black and white cookie. Thank a Volunteer Day.
   April 18 — Grape juice, stuffed green pepper, pasta spirals, yellow squash, Romaine and tomato salad, Italian bread and ice cream sundae. Cards.
   April 19 — Beef noodle soup, meatloaf with gravy, scalloped potatoes, sliced carrots and peas, oranges and pineapples, pumpernickel bread and rice pudding. Puzzle Day.
   April 20 — Apple juice, chili con carne, rice, zucchini, Swiss salad with dressing, corn muffin and Fuji apple. Site meeting.
