WEST WINDSOR: Three people hurt in a four-car crash

   WEST WINDSOR — Three people were injured in a four-car accident at the South Mill Road intersection on Princeton-Hightstown Road on Wednesday afternoon.
   Police said a car driven by Susan Abbey, 58, of West Windsor, was rear-ended by a car driven by Joel Somer, 77, of Monroe, which caused a chain-reaction collision at about 3 p.m.
   Ms. Abbey’s car was pushed into a car driven by Carolyn Terry, 82, of Allentown, who was stopped at a red light on South Mill Road. Ms. Terry’s car in turn hit the car of Payal Marathe, 18, of West Windsor, who was also stopped on South Mill Road, police reported.
   Both Mr. Somer and Ms. Terry were sent to the Capital Health Center with unknown injuries. Ms. Abbey was sent to the University Medical Center at Princeton, where she was treated for unknown injuries and released.
   The accident remains under investigation.
