   U.S. Equestrian Federation Trials for the Summer Olympics: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Horse Park of New Jersey, 626 Route 524, Upper Freehold. This event is open to the public and features three phases of competition: dressage (a form of “horse ballet”), cross country jumping, and show jumping in the arena.    New Egypt Day: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Oakford Lake Park and the Presbyterian Church grounds on Front Street. The event, sponsored by Main Street New Egypt, Plumsted Township, and the Plumsted Business and Merchants Association, features face-painting, pony rides, inflatable rides, a trackless train, paddle boats on the lake, food, music, and vendors. Free admission, but a $6 per child wristband is required for unlimited kids’ activities.
