   Daniel Pobuda, 42, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of marijuana and other offenses after a traffic stop at 12:41 a.m., May 14, police said.
   Patrolman Thomas Paglione saw a vehicle traveling south on Route 130 at a low rate of speed with its headlight out. A computer check uncovered that the vehicle was unregistered and had fictitious plates, so the officer pulled it over near the Colonial Motel.
   During the traffic stop, the officer smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and a subsequent search uncovered a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
   Mr. Pobuda was additionally charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a vehicle, being a suspended driver and an unlicensed driver, operating an uninsured vehicle, operating an unregistered vehicle, fictitious plates, improper maintenance of lamps, failure to exhibit a driver’s license and failure to exhibit insurance. He was arrested, processed and released pending court.


   Someone broke into the concession stand at Tantum Park on Meadowbrook Road, police said.
   The caller told the responding officer, Patrolman Wayne Haugh, at 5:18 p.m., May 11 that the burglar had removed the interior door from its hinges in order to get inside the concession stand.
   Police said about $250 in cash and products were stolen. There are no suspects at this time, police said.
