Anne Cirafici, 61, of Princeton Junction, and Joan Gottfried, 65, of Lanoka Harbor, were in an accident on the top floor of the Medical Center of Princeton parking garage on May 16 at 10:47 a.m. Ms. Cirafici was issued a summons for careless driving.
Michael A. Wells, 21, of New Salisbury, Ind., and Gabrielle Salerno, 45, of Pennington, were in an accident on Stockton Street at Edgerstoune Road on May 17 at 7:45 a.m. Mr. Wells was issued a summons for using a handheld device while driving.
Carlos Espichan-Garcia, 26, of Princeton, was arrested on $645 in active traffic warrants and $500 in active criminal warrants on Alexander Street at Lawrence Drive on May 17 at 3:34 p.m.
Cairo Laert, 30, of Long Branch, was issued a summons for careless driving when she struck a car owned by the EAN Holdings Company at the 800 block of State Road on May 18 at 10:21 a.m.
Leonard Punia, 85, of Princeton, and Edward Pugliese, 57, of Princeton, were in an accident on Route 27 at Riverside Drive on May 18 at 5:47 p.m. when Mr. Punia’s car struck Mr. Pugliese’s motorcycle. No summonses were issued.
A resident of Coniston Court reported a laptop stolen on May 19 at 12:48 a.m. Police said there was no forced entry to the house.
Mori Chen, 26, of Allentown, Pa, and Joel Tapia-Alaniz, 29, of Somerville, were in an accident on Route 206 at Mountain Avenue on May 21 at 8:06 a.m. Ms. Chen said she had pain, but refused medical treatment at the scene. She was also issued a summons for careless driving.
Elizabeth Gardner, 55, of Pennington, and Patricia Osander, 74, of Lawrenceville, were in an accident on Stockton Street at Edgerstoune Road on April 18 at 6:11 p.m. when Ms. Gardner struck Ms. Osander and her dog, while she and the dog were crossing Edgerstoune Street. Ms. Osander and the dog received injuries and Ms. Gardner received a summons for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

A resident of 430 Nassau Street reported his iPad and vehicle stolen on May 18 between 7 p.m. and 12 a.m.
West Windsor
Alicia Wagner, 18, of Hopewell, was charged with shoplifting clothing and jewelry worth approximately $172 from Kohl’s at 200 Nassau Park on May 12 at 3:17 p.m.
Hongce Wang, 20, of Henan, China, was charged with stealing seven rings worth approximately $286 at Kohl’s at 200 Nassau Park on May 12 at 5:26 p.m.
Kathleen Joan Dolci, 51, of Trenton, was charged with stealing approximately $188 worth of merchandise at Target at 500 Nassau Park on May 15 at 11:40 a.m.
Francis C. Harris Jr., 24, of Levittown, Pa, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams at the Frisbee fields in Mercer County Park on May 16 at 5:15 p.m. He was also issued a summons for possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Plainsboro
Justin T. Harris, 21, of Plainsboro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Schalks Crossing Road on May 16 at 7:30 p.m.
Franklin O. Carpio, 24, of Jamesburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Dey Road near Pheasant Hollow Drive on May 17 at 2:33 a.m. He was also issued summonses for reckless driving and failure to maintain a lane.
Shashi R. Vundyala, 49, of Plainsboro, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Scudders Mill Road and Connector Road on May 16 at 10:37 p.m. He also received summonses for reckless driving, uninsured vehicle, failure to observe a signal, failure to exhibit documents and failure to stop before making a turn on red.
Stephen M. Gronsky, 33, of Monmouth Junction, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Dey Road on May 20 at 3:20 a.m. He was also issued a summons for reckless driving.
Alex G. Tsokeng-Meli, 23, of Lawrenceville, and Hameed Humaidan, 21, of Lawrenceville, were both charged with being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance on Route 1 at College Road on May 19 at 11:11 a.m. Mr. Tsokeng-Meli was also charged with driving while intoxicated and was issued summonses for reckless driving, improper safety glass and obstructed windshield.
Mark A. Harris, 34, of Plainsboro, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Wyndhurst Drive on May 18 at 11:31 p.m. He also received summonses for driving while intoxicated in a school zone, reckless driving, driving while suspended in a school zone, using plates unintended for the vehicle and operating an uninsured vehicle.
George I. Cochran, 85, of Plainsboro, was in a two-car accident on Scotts Corner Road on May 19 at 3:44 p.m. Mr. Cochran was sent to the Robert Wood Johnson Hospital where he was treated and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and failure to maintain a lane.
