LAWRENCE: Police blotter

   A Lanning Avenue resident reported the theft of her 2012 Toyota Corolla, valued at $19,000, while it was parked in the driveway between 5:45 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. May 28.
   Someone stole a 75-foot-long garden hose, valued at $30, that was hanging on a bracket attached to a Lakedale Drive residence between 7 p.m. May 26 and 2 p.m. May 27.
   Two Phillips brand DVD players, valued at $140, were stolen from the back of the front seat headrests on a minivan while it was parked in the driveway of its owner’s home on Devon Avenue between 7 p.m. May 26 and 2 p.m. May 27. There was no sign of forced entry into the vehicle.
   Two mountain bicycles, valued at a combined $1,500, were reported stolen from outside the McPherson House dormitory on The Lawrenceville School campus between 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. May 23.
   A 17-year-old Trenton girl and a 16-year-old Ewing Township girl were charged with shoplifting clothing and jewelry from the Old Navy store at the Quaker Bridge Mall that was valued at $160.96 at 1:48 p.m. May 25.
   Someone smashed the window of a 2002 GMC Envoy with a brick and stole a GPS unit and an Ipod Touch, worth a combined $300, while the vehicle was the parking lot at the Meadow Woods apartment complex on Lawrence Road between midnight and 6:45 a.m. May 25.
   A 16-year-old Trenton boy was charged with shoplifting clothing worth $112.88 from Macy’s at the Quaker Bridge Mall at 4:15 p.m. May 23.
   A vandal broke off the driver’s side mirror on a 2008 Ford belonging to a Winthrop Road resident while the car was parked in its owner’s driveway between 8:30 p.m. May 22 and 7 a.m. May 23. Damage was estimated at more than $500.
   Dimichre R. Farrell, 35, of Trenton, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and distribution of marijuana after his car was stopped by police on Brunswick Pike at 12:19 a.m. May 20. He was released after posting $1,500 bail.
