   Christopher Smyth, 20, of Belle Mead, was charged with three counts of criminal attempted burglary at Fowler’s Gulf Station on Nassau Street on May 31 at 2:35 a.m. He was released on summonses.
   Helen Chavarriaga, 22 of Princeton, was charged with simple assault after she allegedly pushed, kicked and scratched a male victim at 4 Shirley Court on June 2 at 3:59 a.m. She was sent to the Mercer County Detention Center in lieu of $1,500 bail.
   Jose Sarabio, 33, of Princeton, was charged with simple assault after he allegedly hit someone in the face and grabbed the victim’s neck at 238 Witherspoon St. on May 31 at 12:24 p.m. He was released on a summons.
Princeton Township
   Cynthia Bregenzer, 49, of Hopewell, reported that her parked car had been hit during the day at the 200 block of Walnut Lane on May 31 at 4:45 p.m.
   A resident of Ewing Street reported that approximately $900 worth of dry cleaning was stolen from his front porch between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on June 1.
   Judith Martin, 63, of Princeton, and Shangyou Zeng, 53, of Malvern, Pa., were involved in an accident on Stockton Street at Lovers Lane on June 2 at 9:19 a.m. No summonses were issued.
West Windsor
   Constanza Builders and Great Plumbers reported burglary and criminal mischief at the Jewish Community Center construction site on Clarksville Road between 4 p.m. on May 25 and 6:30 a.m. on May 29. Constanza Builders lost a digital voice recorder valued at approximately $500 and had to replace $200 worth of locks. Great Plumbers lost a total of $2,350 worth of materials and $200 worth in damages.
   A&D Automotive reported six plows and one spreader stolen at 11 Washington Road between 5:30 p.m. on May 25 and 8:15 a.m. on May 29. The total value of stolen items is approximately $9,500.
   Luis A. Martinez-Villegas, 44, of North Brunswick, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 at Fisher Place on May 19 at 1:25 a.m. He also received summonses for reckless driving and failure to maintain a lane.
   Robert C. Shagon, 38, of Hamilton, was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 1 at Carnegie Center Boulevard on June 1 at 8:22 p.m. He also received summonses for speeding and improper passing.
   A West Windsor resident reported criminal mischief at 446 Cranbury Road after finding someone had keyed the lift gate of his vehicle between May 27 and May 29. The damage was estimated to be $650.***
   Tracy L. Jones, 42, of Clayton, N.C., was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 at Harrison Street on May 25 at 3:41 a.m. She also received summonses for failure to maintain a lane, reckless driving and driving while suspended.
Plainsboro
   A resident of Plainsboro reported identity theft after finding $500 worth of unauthorized purchases on his debit card were made between 9 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. on May 25. The transactions were made at various locations in Dorchester, Mass.
   A student of West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North reported that her iPhone had been stolen from her gym locker between 7:40 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on May 31. The phone is estimated to be worth $200.
   A student of West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North reported that her iPod touch and headphones had been stolen from the girls’ locker room between 3 p.m. and 3:40 p.m. on May 31. The total value of the stolen items is an estimated $270.
   A resident of Lawrenceville and a resident of Plainsboro were in an accident at the intersection of Scudders Mill Road and Schalks Crossing Road on June 1 at 7:30 a.m. The lanes were shut down for approximately a half hour.
