Lambertville City police reported:
— Gretchen Glitz, 23, of Hamilton was arrested for DUI on May 29 as a result of a motor vehicle stop. Officer Anthony Memolo stopped Ms. Glitz on Route 29 at 11:47 p.m. after she allegedly was seen driving erratically and for having a taillight out. Ms. Glitz was determined to be intoxicated and was charged with DUI, careless driving and for maintenance of lamps. She was released to a friend with a pending court date.
— Michael Aneson, 22, of Linden, was arrested for DUI on May 29. Officer Michael Gramlich stopped Mr. Aneson on North Main Street at 6:30 a.m. after he was seen driving 53 mph in a posted 25-mph zone. Mr. Aneson was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI, speeding and reckless driving. He was later released with a pending court date.
— Kimberly Sutton, 45, of Lambertville, was arrested for DUI on May 31. Sgt. Robert Brown stopped Ms. Sutton on Coryell Street after she was seen driving erratically. Ms. Sutton was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI, failure to keep right, careless driving and for being unlicensed. She was later released with a pending court date.
—. Eugene Kearns V, of Lambertville, was arrested for DUI on June 1. Sgt. Brown stopped Mr. Kearns on Old York Road at 3:27 a.m. after he was seen driving erratically. Mr. Kearns was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI, careless driving and failure to keep right.
— Isidoros Ziakis, 23, of Hamilton, was arrested for DUI on June 2. Sgt. Brown stopped Ms. Ziakis on Route 29 at 2:30 a.m. after he was seen speeding across the Lambertville Free Bridge. Mr. Ziakis was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and charged with DUI, speeding, failure to maintain lane and careless driving. He was later released with a pending court date.
— Robert Lord, 34, of Ringoes, was arrested for DUI on June 3. Officer Gramlich stopped Mr. Lord on Route 179 at 2 a.m. after a check revealed he was driving an unregistered vehicle. Mr. Lord was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI, careless driving and for operating an unregistered vehicle. He was later released with a pending court date.
— Jewell Marshall, 54, of Lambertville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant June 2. Officer Michael Miloszar arrested Mr. Marshall at his residence on an outstanding warrant issued by Trenton in the amount of $1,500. He was later released with a pending court date after he was unable to post bail.
— Two Mercer County men are facing charges after an early morning disturbance on June 3. Officer Memolo was called to a Ferry Street residence at 3:15 a.m. to investigate a report of a disturbance after a male subject had broken out a glass door to an apartment building. The officer found several intoxicated individuals on the scene. One of the subjects, Ryan Cooper, 26, of Hopewell, was arrested for defiant trespassing after he reportedly returned to the residence after being given notice to leave and warned not to return. Mr. Cooper also allegedly was determined to have caused damage to an apartment in the building as a result of an altercation.
A second male suspect, from Pennington, had fled the scene after reportedly breaking out a glass door. Charges are pending against the 25- year-old suspect as Officer Memolo is continuing the investigation.
— A Clinton Street resident reported the theft of electronics from two of her vehicles. The victim reported that a Garmin GPS unit and a Canon digital camera were stolen from her vehicles, both of which were left unlocked. Police believe the thefts occurred sometime between May 18 and 30. Officer Joseph Weber is investigating.
— Kristy Cooper, 24, of Hopewell, was arrested for DUI on May 26. Officer Gramlich stopped Ms. Cooper on Route 518 at 2:52 a.m. after she allegedly was seen speeding. Ms. Cooper was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI, speeding and careless driving. She was later released with a pending court date.
— Thomas Crammer, 47, of Trenton, was arrested for DUI on May 27. Officer Gramlich stopped Mr. Crammer on Route 29, at 2 a.m. for reportedly failing to keep right and for having a rear light out. Mr. Crammer was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI, reckless driving, failing to keep right and for maintenance of lamps. He was later released with a pending court date.
— Michelle Paula, 39, of Ewing was arrested for DUI on May 28. Officer Gramlich stopped Ms. Paula on Route 29 at 12:20 a.m. for allegedly failing to maintain her lane of travel. She was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and charged with DUI, reckless driving and failure to keep right. Ms. Paula was later released with a pending court date.
— There were four reports of burglarized vehicles during the evening of May 25. Two vehicles were parked on Jefferson Street. Two others were parked on Delaware Avenue. Items reported stolen included a GPS unit, sunglasses and CDs. The vehicles had been left unlocked by the victims. The investigation is ongoing.
