Allentown
Levi Bradley, 29, no hometown given, was charged with driving while suspended after a motor vehicle stop on Allen Drive at 9:45 a.m., June 5 for having an expired inspection sticker and an unregistered trailer, police said.
Patrolman Timothy Houck made the arrest. Mr. Bradley was processed and released pending a court date.
Frank R. Parks, 46, of Toms River, was charged with driving while suspended after a motor vehicle stop on High Street at 6:15 p.m., June 9, police said.
Patrolman Richard Lerche made the arrest. Mr. Parks was processed and released pending a court date.
Erika M. Volb, 32, of Hamilton, was charged with driving while suspended after a motor vehicle stop on Waker Avenue at 8:53 a.m., June 9, police said.

Patrick T. Simpson, 24, of Cream Ridge, was charged with driving while suspended after a motor vehicle stop on Church Street at 8:20 a.m., June 9, police said.

Lester Cowart, 53, of Trenton, was charged with driving while suspended after a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street at 10:15 a.m., June 10, police said.

Robbinsville
Kyle Higgins, 41, of Columbus, was charged with burglary and theft for allegedly taking a wallet out of an unlocked vehicle at a Voelbel Road residence.
The wallet, which contained $20, was reported stolen at 5:45 p.m., June 7. Mr. Higgins was charged after Rutgers University-Camden police found the stolen wallet in his possession during an “unrelated police contact,” Lt. Michael Polaski said. Mr. Higgins was processed and released pending court.
The wallet was returned to its owner, police said.
Alexis Taylor, 22, of Hightstown, was charged with DWI and other offenses after at traffic stop at 2:50 a.m., June 8 on Route 130 North, police said.
Patrolman Adrian Markowski saw her vehicle failing to dim its high beams to oncoming traffic and failing to maintain its lane, police said. During the traffic stop, he detected evidence Ms. Taylor may be under the influence of alcohol and asked her to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed, police said.
Ms. Taylor was also charged with failure to maintain lane, failure to dim high beams, careless driving, reckless driving and having an uninsured vehicle, police said. She was arrested, processed and released pending court.
Gary Borbotko, 28, of Toms River, was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle, driving while suspended and other offenses after a traffic stop at 2:15 p.m., June 8 on Interstate 195 East, police said.
Patrolman William Swanhart pulled the vehicle over near Exit 7 for having an obstructed license plate. During the traffic stop the officer determined there may be narcotics inside the vehicle and a search uncovered a hypodermic needle.
Mr. Borbotko was also found to have a warrant for his arrest for an unpaid traffic summons in Robbinsville. He was arrested, charged and committed to the Mercer County Correction Center pending court, police said.
Sam Sutton, 22, of Monmouth Junction, was charged with possession of marijuana and other offenses after a traffic stop at 1:39 a.m., June 9, police said.
Patrolman Wayne Haugh saw a vehicle speeding and failing to maintain its lane on Route 130 South near Route 33, police said. During the traffic stop, the officer determined there may be narcotics in the vehicle and subsequently discovered a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Mr. Sutton was also charged with speeding, careless driving, failing to maintain lane, operating a motor vehicle while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance and obstructing traffic, police said. He was arrested, processed and released pending court.
Stephen Fallon, 47, of Laurence Harbor, was charged with possession of marijuana and other offenses after a motor vehicle stop at 3:08 p.m., June 9, police said.
Patrolman William Swanhart saw a vehicle traveling on Route 130 South with an expired registration and stopped it at the intersection of Windsor and Perrineville roads. The officer determined there may be narcotics in the vehicle and a subsequent search uncovered a small amount of marijuana, police said.
Mr. Fallon was also charged with having expired registration, failing to inspect a vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, police said. He was arrested, processed and released pending court.
