HILLSBOROUGH: Police blotter, week of June 28

   A Pittstown man was charged with harassment for allegedly using his cell phone to film four girls along Raider Boulevard and in the strip mall at 706 Route 206 intersection with Raider Boulevard at 10:42 a.m. June 20.
   Mitchell L. Sickler, 50, followed the 15-year-olds into a store and then fled, police said. Patrol located the man, who is a painter and was working in the area, and detained him for questioning.
   He later admitted to video recording the girls, police said.

   Eric Easley, 31, of Allentown, Pa., was arrested for DWI following a motor vehicle accident in which he was involved on Route 206 on May 14. Police said Mr. Easley registered a reading of 0.18 percent blood-alcohol and was released after also being charged with possession of less that 50 grams of marijuana, which police said was discovered in his vehicle.

   Joel Arago, 33, of Bridgewater was arrested for DWI while driving a black GMC on Route 206 on May 28. Mr. Arago registered breath-test reading of 0.15 percent blood alcohol and was released after also being charged with speeding and failure to stay in one lane.

   Kathleen Kardan, 49, of Hillsborough was arrested for DWI while driving a blue jeep on Bloomingdale Drive on June 2. Mr. Kardan, obtained breath-test results of 0.20 percent blood alcohol and was released after processing.

   Diahlo Grant, 23, of Somerset was arrested May 23 for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana during a traffic stop on Eves Drive, He was released after processing.

   Andrew Uhrlass, 29, of Bound Brook was arrested for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana on a Route 206 traffic stop. Mr. Uhrlass was released after also being charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to keep right.

   On June 17, three vehicles were entered during the overnight hours in the area of Westbrook Avenue and Meadowbrook Drive. Nothing was reported missing, police said.

   Thomas Hill, 45, of Hillsborough was arrested for DWI while driving a black GMC on Opie Road on June 17. Mr. Hill was released after also being charged with failure to keep right and obstructing the passage of other vehicles. The matter is pending blood analysis.

   A Valley Road business reported $1,736 worth of scrap metal stolen on June 17. The township detective bureau is continuing the investigation.
