POLICE BLOTTER

   Lambertville City police reported:
   — On June 20 at 2:55 a.m., a smoky fire sent four people to local hospitals. Officers Kenneth Housman and Joseph Weber went to 11 Church St. to check out a reported structure fire with four people trapped on the third floor.
   Upon their arrival, the officers immediately evacuated the second and third floors. Officer Housman extinguished the fire, which was contained to a cardboard box. A small portion of the wall and window sill sustained damage.
   Taken to area hospitals for smoke inhalation were Officer Housman, Lambertville firefighters Mark Leary Jr, Greg Heller, and a second floor tenant, Howard Wim. All were treated and released.
   The fire remains under investigation by the Lambertville Police Department and the Hunterdon County prosecutor’s office.
   Tenants Hannah Torres, Robert Wilson, Joey DeJesus, Doreen Brown and Diane Sowers escaped without injury.
   — On June 22, Officer Anthony Memolo stopped Marion D. Ingram, 29, of Trenton, for speeding on Route 29. Ms. Ingram was found to have a warrant out of Hamilton Township for $500. She was turned over to Hamilton Township police.
   — On June 22, Officer Vincent Albani went to a residence on Lambert Lane to investigate an act of criminal mischief. Daniel Margo, 73, reported someone had broken a tile that was on top of a statue in the rear yard.
   — On June 24, Officer Memolo stopped Alicynn R. Zeutenhorst, 28, of Lambertville, on Elm Street for driving with a suspended driver’s license. Ms. Zeutenhorst was found to have a warrant out of Fair Lawn. for $ 250. She posted bail and was released with a summons for driving with a suspended drivers license.
    All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
