Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co., located in Manhattan, is auctioning the 57,280-square-foot, single-story building situated on an 8.5 acre campus on July 12 at 11 a.m. at Crowne Plaza, 390 Forsgate Drive, in Monroe, according to the release.
The minimum bid is $1.75 million. The property had previously been listed for $6.9 million, according to the company.

The Technology Center is located next to the Bloomberg Technology Campus within the “Princeton-Rutgers Research Corridor,” which serves as a hub for the biotech-pharmaceutical industry. It is also close to world-class restaurants, shopping, hotels, conference centers, and the Princeton University Forrestal Campus, according to the release.
According to the company, the campus is perfect for a growing company in involved in research and development, pharmaceuticals or technology.
