The following awards were presented at graduation exercises at South Hunterdon Regional High School on a very warm June 20 evening:
— Joseph Aiello — Public Sector Managers Association Award, $500, He will be attending West Virginia University.
— Kelly Albanir (class valedictorian) — President’s Educational Excellence Award, Bloustein Scholar, NJSIAA Scholar Athlete Award ($500), South Hunterdon PTSO ($500), SHREA Scholarship ($500), NJ Agricultural Experience Award ($1,000) and Paul Wirtz Agricultural Award ($1,500). She will be attending Cornell University.
—Jasmine Assad — President’s Educational Excellence Award, Calvert Ellis Scholarship ($68,000) and Alumni Scholarship award ($1,000). She will be attending Juniata College.
— Melissa Aversa — President Academic Achievement Award, West Amwell PTSO ($500) and Chancellor’s Scholarship, She will be attending University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
— Brielle Cameron — President’s Educational Excellence Award, Bloustein Scholar, Scholar Athlete Award, Anthony Ruggerio Scholarship ($200), Emily Marshall Most Valuable Female Player Award ($1,000), Jenny Haver Memorial Award ($7,000), She will be attending University of Rhode Island where she has received URI Fund Grant ($5,000) and University of Rhode Island Scholarship ($36,000).
— Gillian Carr —Greta Schmidt Art Scholarship ($500). She will be attending the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
— Courtney Cole — President Academic Achievement Award. She will be attending Elon University.
— Devin Conlon — President Academic Achievement Award, Merit ($32,000). He will be attending Drexel University.
— Kacie Craven — President’s Educational Excellence Award, Fred Waring Director’s Award for Chorus, SHR Outstanding Achievement in Music Theater, Kate D. Stout Scholarship ($450). She will be attending Montclair University.
— Melanie Dalzell — President Academic Achievement Award, SHR World Language Award ($75) and Merit Scholarship ($48,000), She will be attending Seton Hall University.
— Grace Dienes — President Academic Achievement Award, Founders Grant ($6,000). She will be attending the University of Rhode Island where she has received a scholarship of $50,000.
— Kelci Dillion — President Academic Achievement Award, FBLA Scholarship ($5,500) and Johnson and Wales Grant ($7,450). She will be attending Johnson and Wales University.
— Amanda Faraone — Greta Schmidt Art Scholarship ($500) and Lambertville Chamber of Commerce Shad Festival Scholarship ($1,200). She will be attending Kutztown University.
— Emily Hart — President’s Educational Excellence Award and Sons of the American Legion ($1,000). She will be attending East Carolina University.
— Rebecca Hendricks — President Academic Achievement Award, Lambertville Rescue Squad Ladies Auxiliary Award ($100) and Christopher Cadwallder Scholarship ($300). She will be attending Temple University, where she has received Temple University Scholarship in the amount of $24,280.
— Lisha Hoff — Larry Hunt Agricultural Scholarship ($500). She will be attending Mercer County Community College.

— Kacey MacChesney — Dennis Beaver Memorial Scholarship ($100). She will be attending Raritan Valley Community College.
— Samuel McCaffrey — Delaware Valley Board of Trustee Scholarship ($60,000). He will be attending Delaware Valley College.
— Peter Mercer-Pontier — Outstanding Soloists Award and Alumni Award ($500). He will be attending the Culinary Institute.
— Javon Mitchell — Amwell Lodge Scholarship ($800), Samuel E. Jefferies Scholarship ($1,000), Monarch Grant ($6,000), Deprizio Award ($28,000) and Diversity Award ($11,000). He will be attending Kings College, where he has received a scholarship of $11,000.

— Gianna Sabidussi — President Academic Achievement Award, William Colantano, CPA Award ($100). She will be attending Boston University.
— Gina Scamuffa — President Academic Achievement Award, South Hunterdon PTSO ($500), Lambertville Chamber of Commerce Shad Festival Scholarship ($4,000). She will be attending Rowan University where she has received an Academic Merit Scholarship of $16,000 and the Rowan University Art Department Scholarship of $80,000.
— Emily Sigle — President Academic Achievement Award. She will be attending Delaware Valley College, where she has received the Heritage Award of $40,000.
— Braleigh Silvestri (class president) — The First Annual South County Nurses Scholarship ($500), President Academic Achievement Award, Italian American Heritage Scholarship ($2,500). She will be attending East Carolina University where she has received an award of $12,000.
— Rachel Slovak (class salutatorian) — President’s Educational Excellence Award, Bloustein Scholar, John Phillips Sousa Award, Delta Kappa Gamma Award ($100), Gwen Corboy Memorial Scholarship ($500) and Flemington Baptist Church Scholarship ($4,000). She will be attending Marist College, where she has received the Marist Presidential Scholarship of $48,000.
— Ashley Tillett — President’s Educational Excellence Award, Almir, Helen & Ruth Holcombe Scholarship ($700), “Books for the College Bound” Scholarship ($600) and CWA Local 1032 Scholarship ($1,000). She will be attending Mercer County Community College.
— Alexandra Tucker — President Academic Achievement Award, Bloustein Scholar, Louis Armstrong Jazz Award, Kalmia Scholarship ($1,000) and Lauderdale Scholarship ($3,200). She will be attending Rutgers University.
— Deanna Weber — Emily Marshall Writing Scholarship ($500), Kalmia Scholarship ($1,000). She will be attending Pace University where she has received the Pace Award of $40,000 and the Trustee Recognition Award of $48,000.
— Max Whitaker — Delaware Valley Scholar Athlete Award ($1,000). He will be attending Coastal Carolina University.
— Andrea Wisniewski — Kyle Donnelly Scholarship ($1,000). She will be attending Centenary College where she has received the Skylands Centenary Award of $14,000, the Community Citizenship Grant of $20,000 and the Cyclone Award of $32,000.
— Sara Wooden — President Academic Achievement Award and Sons of the American Legion Scholarship ($1,000). She will be attending Delaware Valley College, where she has received Delaware Valley Trustee Scholarship of $60,000.
—Vanessa Woy — Marymount Manhattan Award ($4,900). She will be attending Marymount Manhattan College.
The total amount of scholarship awards given out June 20 was $923,055.
Awards were presented by Mary R. Cohen, assistant principal, and Jonathan DeSimone, guidance counselor,
Board President Nicole Claus. Superintendent Nancy Gartenberg, Principal Mark Collins and Senior Class Advisor Bernadette Campbell gave out diplomas.
