Princeton Township
The manager of the Andrews and Foulet Homeowners Association reported three pieces of fence were stolen from the area of Foulet Drive and Cherry Hill Road sometime between June 18 and June 28.
A resident of Van Dyke Road reported $7,800 worth of silverware and flatware was stolen from her home sometime between Thanksgiving of 2011 and July 7.
Princeton Borough
Michael Pellegrino, 18, of Oakdale, N.Y., was charged with tampering with public records after giving an employee a fake driver’s license in an attempt to buy alcohol at the Ivy Inn on Nassau Street on July 7 at 1:34 a.m.
Alex Nessas, 24, of Princeton, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after allegedly trying to punch a police officer and resisting being handcuffed on Spring Street on July 8 at 1:19 a.m.
West Windsor
Pierre Brard, 26, of West Windsor, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Princeton-Hightstown Road in the junction between Wallace and Alexander Road on June 27 at 12:50 a.m. He was also issued summonses for reckless driving, speeding and failure to maintain a lane.
A resident of Brooklyn reported that her Louis Vitton wallet and its contents approximately valued at a total of $337 was stolen from her shopping cart at Target at 500 Nassau Park sometime between 4 p.m. and 4:10 p.m.
Stephen P. Mihalyi, 22, of West Windsor, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Wallingford and Fieldston Road on June 27 at 10:41 p.m. He also received summonses for driving while intoxicated refusal, reckless driving and failure to give a proper signal.
Robert W. Lindley, 46, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated on New Road at Mercer County Park on July 1 at 12:26 a.m. He also received summonses for reckless driving and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
A resident of Oakwood Way reported that his garage door had been spray painted with red paint on July 2 sometime between 10 p.m. and 11:33 p.m.
A resident of Joann Street reported that letters were spray painted in red and black on his car sometime between 12 p.m. on July 2 and 12 p.m. on July 3.
A resident of Sherbrooke Estates reported that a black line running along the driver’s side of his car was spray painted on July 3 between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Nathaniel L. Jones, 18, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and Ryan W. Steiner 18, of West Windsor, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at Braemer Drive at Park Hill Terrace on July 3 at 5:41 p.m. A juvenile, 17, was put in protective custody and released to his father.
Julia L. Barry, 19, of Princeton, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia at Quakerbridge Road at Nassau Park Boulevard on July 3 at 11:45 p.m. She also received summonses for failure to keep right, failure to turn in a marked turn only lane and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Montgomery
Gunhee Park, 37, of Belle Mead, and Lance Erickson, 51, of Belle Mead, were in an accident on Griggstown Road near the intersection of Willow Road on July 3 at 11:12 p.m. Mr. Park was charged with driving while intoxicated and received summonses for refusal to submit to breath testing, failure to maintain a lane and reckless driving.
Thomas Leach, 21, of Philadelphia, was charged with possession of marijuana in the area of Stouts Lane and Servis Road on June 16 at 4:32 p.m.
Plainsboro
Enitan C. Daniyan, 41, of Plainsfield, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 on July 1 at 12:18 a.m. He was also issued summonses for reckless driving, speeding, failure to maintain a lane and maintenance of lamps.
A resident of Ravens Crest Drive reported his car had been scratched with a sharp object in the Ravens Crest complex sometime between June 1 and July 5. The reported estimated damage is $1,000.
A resident of Tamarron Drive reported an engagement ring worth an estimated $790 was stolen from his residence sometime between June 28 and July 7.
Celso Chay, 43, of Plainsboro, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Dey Road on July 8 at 2:21 a.m. He also received summonses for refusal to submit to a breath test, improper turn, failure to maintain a lane, reckless driving, non-resident touring privileges and non resident vehicle touring privileges.
A resident of Pheasant Hollow Drive reported $857 worth of jewelry, video game systems and cash was stolen from his residence sometime between 6 a.m. on June 22 and 9:30 p.m. on July 7.
Eddie Q. Turner, 26, of Princeton, was arrested for having a state warrant in the amount $18,331 for failure to pay child support after being pulled over on Route 1 on July 6 at 2:08 a.m. He was also charged with driving while intoxicated and received summonses for reckless driving, speeding and driving while suspended. He was turned over to the Mercer County Sheriffs Department for the warrant.
