   Lambertville City police reported:
   — Talbert Green, 31, of Trenton, was charged with criminal and traffic offenses as a result of a motor vehicle stop on July 2. Officer Michael Gramlich stopped Mr. Green on Route 29 at 1:55 a.m. after he allegedly was seen speeding. Mr. Green was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and subsequently arrested. Further investigation revealed that he had provided a false name at the time of his arrest and had a warrant for his arrest issued by Trenton for failure to appear. He was charged with hindering apprehension, DUI, speeding, unlicensed driving, suspended license, reckless driving, failure to keep right and failure to exhibit documents. He was later released with pending court dates.
   — Amanda Cranney, 30, of Plumsteadville, Pennsylvania, was arrested for DUI on July 5. Sgt. Robert Brown stopped Ms. Cranney on Route 29 at 2 a.m. after she was seen driving in an improper manner. She was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI, failure to keep right, failure to maintain lamp and reckless driving. She was later released with a pending court date.
   — Alana Wagner, 28, of New Hope, was arrested for DUI on July 8. Officer Gramlich stopped Ms. Wagner on Route 29 after she allegedly was seen driving erratically. Ms. Wagner was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI, failure to keep right and reckless driving. She was later released with a pending court date.
   — Steven Pieczynski, 37, of Lambertville was arrested on theft charges as a result of an investigation on July 4. Detective Michael Miloszar arrested Mr. Pieczynski subsequent to a burglary investigation of a local residence. He was charged with two counts of theft of an undisclosed amount of cash from the resident. The thefts occurred over several month this year. Mr. Pieczynski was later released after posting bail and is awaiting a court hearing.
   — Carey Shaw, 44, of Dover, was arrested on outstanding warrants subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on July 8. Officer Gramlich stopped Mr. Shaw on Route 29 at 11:40 p.m. after he was seen driving erratically. He was found to have three warrants issued for his arrest, all issued by Jersey City, for failure to appear on drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest charges. Mr. Shaw was later released on bail with a pending court date.
   — A Titusville woman is facing charges after an incident on July 4. Officer Anthony Memolo was investigating an open fire in the area of the Delaware & Raritan Canal Path at 3:15 a.m. when he encountered a group of five individuals walking away and carrying beer. Danielle Kwami, 19, provided a fake name and date of birth, before fleeing on foot. The remaining cooperative individuals were charged with municipal ordinance violations and released on scene. Ms. Kwami was charged with hindering apprehension and obstruction, as well as municipal ordinance violations.
    Suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
   New Hope police reported:
   — On June 7 at 1:36 a.m., police arrested Dana Footpads, 25, of Lake Wales, Florida, for driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, after she was seen operating her vehicle in an unlawful manner in the area of Bridge and Main streets.
   — On June 8 at 2:23 a.m., police arrested Dean Belt, 22, of Warrington, Pennsylvania, for driving under the influence of alcohol, after he was seen operating his vehicle in an unlawful manner in the area of The Deerpath and Riverwoods Drive.
   — On June 8 at 7:38 p.m., police arrested Eric Wright, 43, of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, for driving under the influence of alcohol, after he was seen operating his vehicle in an unlawful manner on South Main Street.
   — On June 12, police charged Edward Durell III, 64, of Stockton, with criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and theft, as a result of an investigation into an incident that occurred at a West Mechanic Street business on May 12.
   — On June 12 at 3 p.m., a resident of Riverwoods Drive reported that, at some time during the overnight hours, someone had removed a sculpture of a Doberman Pinscher from the front porch of his residence. The sculpture is metal, approximately 30 inches in height, and is valued at about $500.
