Princeton Township
Scott Lerman, 42, of Livingston, and Ranjit Bawa, 41, of Bridgewater, were in an accident on Alexander Road at D&R Canal on July 9 at 10:02 a.m. Mr. Lerman received a summons for careless driving.
Ursa Naqvi, 33, of Princeton, and Michael Stachowicz, 61, of Princeton, were in an accident at the intersection of McComb Road and Bunn Drive near Princeton Community Village on July 9 at 12:37 p.m. Ms. Naqvi received a summons for failure to stop or yield at a stop sign.
Paula Siegal, 63, of Monroe Township, and Jamie Rodas, 24, of Trenton, were in an accident on Route 206 at Valley Road on July 9 at 2:36 p.m. Ms. Siegal received a summons for careless driving.
Steven Rubel, 29, of Princeton, was charged with having an active warrant out of Lawrence Township at a Jefferson Road residence on July 10 at 3:07 a.m. He was turned over to the Lawrence police.
Janine Bonanni, 24, of Turnersville, was charged with having $1,500 worth of criminal warrants from three towns in South Jersey at the Princeton Township Municipal Court on July 10 at 9:40 a.m. She was turned over to the Gloucester Township police after being unable to post bail.
Allen Gross, 86, of Trenton, and Daniel Janick, 20, of Princeton, were in an accident on State Road at Ewing Street on July 11 at 4:56 p.m. Mr. Gross received a summons for careless driving.
Juan Melendez, 41, of Trenton, was charged with having an active traffic warrant on Wescott Drive on July 12 at 11:10 a.m. He was released after a relative posted $250 bail.
Montgomery
Sean Wiegmann, 20, of Belle Mead, hurt his arm and received a careless driving summons after striking a utility pole and tree at Sleepy Hollow Lane and Knickerbocker Drive on July 7 at 7:49 p.m. Montgomery EMS took Mr. Wiegmann to the Somerset Medical Center and the road was closed for approximately 36 hours until PSE&G repaired the pole and low hanging wires.
Plainsboro
Giovanna E. Register, 26, of Plainsboro, was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana under 50 grams on Scotts Corner Road on July 7 at 1:07 a.m. She also received summonses for possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and failure to maintain a lane.
The owner of Caddyshack Bar and Grill reported the restaurant’s Snapple machine had been damaged sometime between 10:30 p.m. on July 8 and 11:45 a.m. on July 9. The owner estimated the damage to be $3,000.
Wolcott L. Katzenbach, 27, of Mill Valley, Calif., was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 on June 22 at 2:03 a.m. Mr. Katzenbach was taken to the hospital for high levels of intoxication, where he was charged with disorderly conduct after becoming unruly, cursing and making a scene, according to police. Mr. Katzenbach also received summonses for refusal to submit to breath tests, reckless driving, speeding, failure to maintain a lane, failure to exhibit registration and failure to exhibit insurance.
A juvenile from Franklin Park was charged possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of prescription drugs in the parking lot of building 73 of Tamarron Drive on July 10 at 7:39 p.m. He also received summonses for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Tonisha Gladman, 29, of Trenton, was taken to the University of Princeton Medical Center on July 10 after her father reported her being too intoxicated at building 22 of Quail Ridge Drive at 3:42 a.m. Ms. Gladman was charged with disorderly conduct at the hospital. Police also found she had an active warrant out of Mercer County and she was turned over to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department.
