Traffic may be knotted up next week in the Dayton section of the township.
According to police, Ridge Road from George’s Road to Route 522 in Dayton will be closed to through traffic between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. starting tomorrow due to construction.
Lt. Joe Charmello said the work should last about a week and motorists using the road should expect delays and follow posted detours.
Patrons of Von Thun’s Farm Market and residents of Marc Drive and Ridge Road from 496 to 525 can access the farm from Route 522. Access to The Nawab Grill, The Grange, Bloomberg, West End Trucking and Freeze businesses, and residents of Ridge Road from 392 to 494, Margaret Drive, Madison Place, Julia Way and Helen Drive can gain access from the George’s Road side in Dayton.
Residents of Ridge Road who live between 488 and 502 may have limited vehicle access to their properties at times, police said.
