This resulted in the arrest of a 40-year-old Maple Glen, Pennsylvania man for two outstanding warrants for failure to appear. James Diquattro II was taken into custody after a computer check revealed he had failed to appear in Wildwood Municipal Court on a ordinance violation and also failed to appear regarding a traffic summons in Morris Township Municipal Court.    Xavier Lucret, 19, also was arrested for failure to appear in Trenton Municipal Court on a traffic summons.
Mr. Nistuns was turned over to Manville Police Department, after being unable to post the combined $944 cash bail. Mr. Lucret was released after Trenton Municipal Court authorized a release on his own recognizance.
The driver of the vehicle, a 21-year-old Trenton woman, was issued motor vehicle summonses for loud exhaust and having an expired registration.
The filing of a motor vehicle summons and/or criminal complaint is merely a step in the criminal justice process. All parties are considered innocent until the matter is resolved in a court of law.
