A resident of Wendover Drive reported that a deer fence that borders his property was damaged on July 23 at 12:47 p.m. Police said the fence appeared to have been cut.
Carmela Freda, 70, of Kendall Park, and Constance Danser, 74, of Princeton, were in an accident on Route 27 near Locust Lane on July 23 at 2:32 p.m. Mr. Danser was taken to a local hospital and Ms. Freda received a summons for careless driving.
Anthony Patafio, 77, of Staten Island, and Frank Franzino III, 40, of Shrewsbury, Conn., were in an accident in the intersection of Snowden Lane at Hamilton Avenue on July 24 at 1:56 p.m. Mr. Patafio received a summons for careless driving.
Subha Srinivasan, 44, of Princeton, and Kent Wilson, 50, of Pennington, were in an accident in the Princeton Day School parking lot on Great Road on July 24 at 7 p.m. Ms. Srinivasan received a summons for careless driving.
Shantilal Patel, 58, of Hamilton, was in accident Mercer Street in the area of Maxwell Lane when she struck a tree that had fallen across the road on July 25 at 12:15 a.m. No summonses were issued.
Sean Taylor, 19, of Edison, Rafael Jiminez, 20, of Orlando, Fla, and a juvenile, 17, of Lawrenceville, were charged with underage possession of alcohol at the Princeton Battlefield Park on Mercer Road on July 26 at 12:41 a.m. Mr. Jiminez was also charged with consuming an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.

A victim reported he was mugged while walking north on Witherspoon Street near Torrey Lane on July 22 at 9:57 p.m. when a Hispanic male in his late teens or early 20s approached him with a knife demanding money. Police said no property was taken from the victim and asked anyone who saw the incident to contact the borough’s detective bureau at 609-921-8108.

Montgomery
Candyce Bork, 62, of Monmouth Junction, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 518 near the border of Rocky Hill on July 23 at 12:15 p.m.
Plainsboro
The Plainsboro Fire Department extinguished a Waste Management truck that caught on fire in the back of the Princeton Meadows Shopping Center on July 23 at 8:32 a.m. Police said no structures were affected and minimal traffic was delayed.
Daryl R. Sampson, 36, of Irvington, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and tampering with evidence on Route 1 at College Road on July 23 at 9:21 p.m. His passenger, Woody Solomon, 35, of Irvington, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Mr. Sampson also received summonses for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Bail for Mr. Sampson was set at $15,000.
An employee of Ruth Chris Steakhouse reported his car had been scratched on both the passenger and driver side doors at 2 Village Boulevard in Princeton between 4 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. on July 24.
Lavaar K. Parker, 29, of Rahway, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court on Scudders Mill Road on July 26 at 1:09 a.m. He also received summonses for maintenance of lamps, driving while suspended and possession of controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
