Sword, guitar, ambulance, iPod, Mercedes-Benz among items
Somerset County will conduct an online auction of surplus property starting at 9 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6, and closing at 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12.
The eclectic mix of items to be sold includes a Mercedes-Benz, an ambulance and other vehicles; public works equipment; two paddle boats; computer, camera and radio equipment; a Yamaha guitar; baseball cards; an iPod and a sword.

Items may be inspected Friday, Aug. 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday, Aug. 11, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the South County Public Works Facility at 410 Roycefield Road, Hillsborough.
All property will be sold as is, where it is and there is no buyer’s premium. Payment is due within 24 hours of notification and items must be removed by 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24. The buyer is responsible for all loading and transporting of property.
