SENIOR MENUS

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance.
   The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution.
   All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
    Aug. 2 — Cream of potato soup, veal marsala, rice pilaf, cauliflower with cheese, mixed fruit salad, pumpernickel bread and rice pudding with topping. Puzzle Day.
   Aug. 3 — Cranapple juice, chicken Cordon Bleu, herbed mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, romaine and tomato salad, rye bread and nectarine. Bring a Friend to Lunch.
   Aug. 4 — Orange juice, seafood salad, croissant, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, oatmeal cookies and milk.
   Aug. 5 — Apple juice, turkey, wheat bread, minced coleslaw, fresh fruit, plain donut and milk.
   Aug. 6 — Cranapple juice, honey turkey with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry molded salad, raisin bread and carrot cake with icing. Walk to the Beat.
   Aug. 7 — Minestrone soup, lemon chicken, saffron rice, carrot sticks, tropical fruit salad, croissant and cheesecake. Cards.
   Aug. 8 — Blended juice, roast loin of pork with gravy, scalloped potatoes, peas and carrots, applesauce, rye bread and angel food cake. Bring a Friend to Lunch.
   Aug. 9 — Orange juice, Swedish meatballs, pasta spirals, mixed vegetables, pickled beets and onions, whole wheat roll and pound cake. Bring and Brag.
