The CentraState Medical Center Auxiliary will host a trip to Resorts Hotel Casino in Atlantic City on Sept. 7. The cost of $27 includes $25 back in coin slots, plus $5 for buffet. The annual peach festival hosted by the Sons of Norway will be held at 2 p.m. Aug. 11 at the Sons of Norway Lodge, 80 Boundary Road, Marlboro. The event will feature freshly picked peaches over homebaked short cake served with homemade whipped cream. Norwegian crafts and home-baked cakes will also be offered. Donation is $5. The fourth annual golf outing in memory of Anthony Lombardi will be held on Sept. 10 at Knob Hill, Manalapan. Through the years, Lombardi served the Englishtown-Manalapan First Aid Squad as a volunteer and as president. Lombardi’s passing on Sept. 11, 2008 inspired his nephew, Michael Fioto, to start a golf outing in his memory. In three years more than $10,000 has been raised to support worthy causes.
