On Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. you can learn about free music downloadables from the online library catalog to your iTunes, MP3 player or Smartphone.
Bring in your Kindle Fire, iPad, SmartPhone or wireless tablet Wednesday, Aug. 15, at 7 p.m. and see how to download free content from the library’s website.
Upcoming programs intended for adults. Registration is required:
• Journal Keeping — Kim Leatherdale, a registered art therapist and journal writer, will help you create a journal as a guide for yourself. Saturday, Aug. 11, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
• Dog behavior and training — Trainer Iris Fryzel and her retired service dog, Mindy, will demonstrate commands and training basics. Monday, Aug. 13, at 7 p.m.
• Book discussion — Friends of the Library will dissect “This Beautiful Life” by Helen Schulman. Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 7:30 p.m.
• Friday night movie — “Salmon Fishing in the Yemen,” starring Ewan McGregor, on Aug. 17 at 7 p.m.
• Science show (ages 8 to adults) — Friends of the Hillsborough Library offer a laser science show by Wondergy, 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21.
• Afternoon movie — “Friends With Kids,” starring Jennifer Westfeldt and Maya Rudolph, is shown Wednesday, Aug. 22, at 1:30 p.m.

• Cosmic Space — Mad Science of West Jersey leads a voyage to take a look at planets, moons, comets, and the stars. Thursday, Aug. 9, at 3 p.m. for kids entering grades K-2, and at 4 p.m. for grades 3-5.
• Kindermusik (newborn to 3 years) — Ms. Jenni brings music that helps children develop language, literacy and listening skills. Monday, Aug. 13, at 10 a.m.
• Rhyme Time (newborn to 24 months) — Nursery rhyme fun. Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 10:30 a.m.
• Story and craft (ages 2-6) — Listen to a story on nighttime mobile catchers and create a craft to take home. Wednesday, Aug. 15, at 10 and 11 a.m.
• Early Reader Book Club (entering grades K-2) — Read “‘Minnie and Moo Go To The Moon” by Denys Cazet before the program and make a craft. Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 3 p.m.

• Summer movie (ages 7 and older) — “Puss in Boots,” starring Shrek’s sword-wielding cat friend, is offered Tuesday, Aug. 21, at 3 p.m.
• Children’s movie (ages 4 and older) — “Go Diego Go! Moonlight Rescue” will be shown Wednesday, Aug. 22, at 10 a.m.
• Children’s movie (ages 4 and older) — “Scooby Doo, Music of the Vampire,” can be viewed Thursday, Aug. 23, at 10 a.m. Scooby Doo and gang visit a Vampire festival.
• Summer movie (ages 7 and older) — “Bedtime Stories,” a movie about magical stories that start to come true, will be shown Thursday, Aug. 23, at 3 p.m.
