SENIOR MENUS

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance.
   The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution.
   All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
    Aug. 16 —Cranapple juice, tuna salad, potato salad, lettuce and tomatoes, croissant, watermelon slice and brownie. Bring a Friend to Lunch Day.
   Aug. 17 — Blended juice, chicken divan, rice pilaf, whole baby carrots, cucumber and tomato salad, dinner roll and red seedless grapes. Cards.
   Aug. 18 — Apple juice, egg salad, rye bread, tomatoes vinaigrette, fresh fruit, cheese Danish and milk.
   Aug. 19 — Orange juice, cold baked chicken, whole wheat roll, pasta salad with vegetables, fresh fruit, marble pound cake and milk.
   Aug. 20 — Apple juice, chili con carne, rice, zucchini and yellow squash, oranges and pineapple, corn muffin and berries. Walk to the Beat Day.
   Aug. 21 — Cranapple juice, chicken filet, macaroni and cheese, French-style green beans, tomatoes vinaigrette, dinner roll and apple Danish. Cards.
   Aug. 22 — Vegetable soup, roast loin of pork with gravy, red roasted potatoes, broccoli florets, cinnamon applesauce, pumpernickel bread and spice cake. Board games.
   Aug. 23 — Grape juice, cheese lasagna with sauce, Italian-style green beans, Romaine and chick pea salad, Italian bread and chocolate cake with icing. Bring and Brag Day.
